    Most of the costumes can be created with your existing wardrobe, some tule, fabric remnants, and lace, from your local fabric store. You might also want to make a trip to your favorite hobby supply store for some flowers and rhinestones.

    The rest is just makeup and eyelashes, and maybe a hat or a wig from your local thrift store. The key is good quality makeup, and not using cheap Halloween makeup.
